The College is dedicated to equipping believers through Biblically grounded education and practical ministry training from international renowned , globally recognized, accredited faith instiutions, associations, affilations. and organizations. The Institute serves as a vibrant hub for theological learning and spiritual formation, offering certificate, diploma, and degree programs in ministry, theology, and Christian leadership.

Founded with the mission of raising up biblically literate, Spirit-empowered Christian leaders, the Institute offers a range of accredited academic programs—from certificate and diploma courses to full bachelor's degrees—in collaboration with national and international theological partners.

The institution’s unique approach blends sound academic instruction with spiritual formation, equipping students not only with theological knowledge but with practical skills for effective ministry, leadership, and service. One Bible Institute OBI, is founded under Living Springs Excel Christian Evangelical International Ministry LSEIM, a dynamic faith-based ministry founded by Reverend Tom Diamond AOL. The ministry is incorporated as an Non-Profit Company NPC , ( NPC Reg : 2024/644101/08 ) with the CIPC of South South Africa. The Ministry is dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, empowering individuals spiritually, and addressing the holistic needs of communities. As an itinerant ministry, Living Springs focuses on reaching diverse audiences through strategic evangelistic programs, dynamic worship experiences, Christian Education Training, and impactful outreach initiatives.
